There, he led reforms that saved taxpayers over $250 million&nbsp;in government contracts.</p><p>For 14 years, Sean served on the Huron Valley School Board, where he fought for quality education and responsible budgeting.</p><p>With nearly 40 years in public service, Sean is ready to bring his commitment to Lansing and fight for you on day one.</p>

The newly drawn district includes West Bloomfield Township, Commerce Township, Lyon Township, Milford Township, South Lyon, Wixom, and portions of Waterford Township and Novi.</p><p>Sean is a proven public servant, military veteran, and lifelong&nbsp;Michigander.</p><p>At age 17, Sean enlisted in the&nbsp;U.S. Army.&nbsp;Later&nbsp;he became a commissioned officer&nbsp;in the U.S. Air Force and&nbsp;served&nbsp;for 20 years in both active duty and the Air National Guard,&nbsp;before retiring as a lieutenant colonel.</p><p>Sean is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a&nbsp;bachelor’s degree in business administration, a&nbsp;master’s in labor relations and human resources, and a Juris Doctor degree. He’s deeply rooted in Michigan, having grown up in the Upper Peninsula and&nbsp;now lives&nbsp;in Commerce Township with his&nbsp;family.&nbsp;</p>
